The applicants should be:

  • Citizens or legal residents of Romania;
  • Age 50+;
  • Having an active lifestyle;
  • Ready to share their personal experience;
  • Ready to attend all the activities of the project (weekly swimming, fitness and mindfulness sessions and 3 trans- national meetings in Romania, Italy and Slovenia;
  • Willing to disseminate the results among their friends and family, and on their social media pages.
